You improve your runic focus with an arcane capacitor, allowing you to store energy even when moving.
Prerequisites
Runic Focus class feature, Stored Charge class feature, Stabilized Runic Focus, ability to store at least 2 charges in your runic focus.
Benefit
You can move an additional 5 feet before losing a charge. This stacks with the benefits of the Stabilized Runic Focus feat.
In addition, movement cannot reduce the number of charges stored in your runic focus below 2, though charges are still lost when expended as normal.
