Your manifester level for the purposes of manifesting this power is equal to 1 or the highest manifester level you have attained in a psionic class.
Special
Unlock Talent can be used in place of the Psionic Talent feat to qualify for a feat, prestige class, or other special ability.
Unlock Talent also counts as Psionic Talent for determining the number of power points gained when taking the Psionic Talent feat.
