Were-Cursed Shift

[Monstrous Blood]

You have learned to tap into your inherited curse, gaining animalistic traits.

Prerequisites

Monstrous Bloodline (Lycanthrope), bloodline level 1st.

Benefit

As a swift action, you can tap into your inherited curse, shifting into a hybrid lycanthrope form based on your ancestor. Your were-cursed shift lasts for 1 hour or until you dismiss it. You can shift a number of times per day equal to half the number of Monstrous Blood feats you possess, rounded down.

  • Werebear: You gain the Grab ability whenever you hit with an unarmed strike or natural weapon using your hands (such as a claw or slam) or with a bite attack.
  • Wereboar: Your natural armor increases by 2.
  • Wererat: You gain low-light vision and the Scent special ability.
  • Weretiger: You gain two claws as natural weapons which deal 1d4 damage. You can use a claw as a secondary attack with a –5 penalty on your attack roll.
  • Werewolf: You gain a bite attack as a primary natural weapon which deals 1d6 damage. You can use this as a secondary attack with a –5 penalty on your attack roll.

Special

You can can use this feat to meet the “Wild shift class feature” prerequisite for the following Wild feats and apply their benefits to your were-cursed shift: Defensive Shifting, Enduring Shift, Extra Wild Shift, Healing Shift, Wild Senses. If you do, these feats count as Monstrous Blood feats and no longer count as Wild feats.

If you also possess the wild shift ability, the benefits of similar shifts do not stack (such as the Werewolf and Fang Rip shifts).
