You add Natural Lore to your list of cleric class skills.

You can speak with animals, as per the spell, for a number of rounds per day equal to 3 + your cleric level.

At 4th level, you gain the service of an animal companion as a Beast Master Druid. Your effective druid level for determining your animal companion’s abilities is equal to your cleric level – 3. You gain no other benefits of the Beast Master Druid class.
