Draconic feats are a type of Heritage feat which is available to those with a draconic ancestor. To take a draconic feat, you must possess the Draconic Bloodline feat (which can be taken even if you don’t qualify for draconic feats), a dragon bloodline through another means, be a member of a race descended from dragons, or have a class feature specifically granting you access to draconic feats.
As a type of Heritage Feat, any creature with the Dragon type may select these feats as though they possessed the Dragon Bloodline feat and a number of bloodline levels equal to their Hit Dice. (This does not actually grant them an ancestral bloodline.) They must meet all other prerequisites before selecting a feat.
