Reduce penalties from fighting underwater.

Prerequisites

Benefit

You gain a +2 bonus on Athletics checks while swimming and don’t take the usual penalties on melee attack rolls made underwater. Your slashing melee attacks and unarmed bludgeoning attacks deal full damage underwater. Your projectile attacks only take half the normal penalty per 5 feet of water between you and the target.
