Benefit
You have developed the strength in your hands and arms to easily grasp and use larger weapons. You can wield larger weapons without suffering a penalty to attack rolls.
This does not change the number of hands required to wield such a weapon. For example, a Medium longsword would still be considered a two-handed weapon for a Small creature.
