Levitative Transport

Scorn earth class feature, transporter class feature, Dimensional Stability.

By spending a use of your dimensional bending, you can share the benefit of your scorn earth ability with all willing allies within 10 feet. When you move, all affected allies move with you the same speed, direction, and distance on your turn. Allies may move around you freely on their own turns (for example, an ally in front of you could move to stand behind you), but if any ally moves more than 10 feet away from you, the effect ends immediately for that ally.

If you are attacked, you must make a concentration check as if concentrating on a 2nd-level power to maintain this effect. If subjected to harsh environmental effects which would disrupt concentration (such as strong winds), you must make a concentration check once per hour of overland travel in such conditions.

In addition, your speed while using scorn earth is no longer reduced due to wearing medium or heavy armor or carrying a medium or heavy load; however, your normal speed when not using scorn earth is still reduced as normal (unless you have another ability which changes that).

Finally, you retain your full movement speed when using scorn earth as long as you move no more than 5 feet away from a stable surface rather than only 1 foot. Your speed is still halved (as per the Dimensional Stability feat) when moving more than 5 feet away from a stable surface.
