While maintaining psionic focus, when you successfully strike a foe with a shield bash attack, the foe must also make a Will save (DC 10 + one-half your base attack bonus + your Wisdom modifier) or be shaken for 1 round. This is a mind-affecting fear effect.
If you expend your psionic focus when you make a shield bash, on a successful attack roll you can instead force the target to make a Will saving throw or be stunned for 1 round.
