Benefit
While using this style, as a free action, you can choose to take a –1 penalty to your AC and Reflex saves to grant other allies within 30 feet a +1 bonus to their AC and Reflex saves until the start of your next turn.
At higher levels, you can increase the penalty and granted bonus, to a maximum of 1 + 1/4 your initiator level. Thus an 8th-level initiator could take up to a –3 penalty to grant a +3 bonus.
