Weapon Specialization

Base attack bonus +4, proficiency with selected weapon, Weapon Focus with weapon group containing the selected weapon.

Choose one weapon included in a weapon group for which you have already selected the Weapon Focus feat. The damage you deal with the chosen weapon is increased by three steps as indicated on Table: Damage Progression.

For example, applying this feat to longsword would increase the damage from 1d8 to 2d8.

You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new type of weapon.

This feat does not apply to rays and weapon-like spells or spell-like abilities, even if such abilities can have Weapon Focus applied to them.
