You surround yourself with a powerful whirlwind, protecting you from danger.
Prerequisites
Character level 7th, Elemental Bloodline (Air Elemental), Airy Step, bloodline level 2nd.
Benefit
Once per encounter, you can surround yourself with a whirlwind which lasts for a number of rounds equal to your bloodline level. The whirlwind occupies your space and each space adjacent to you. You cannot make ranged attacks while your whirlwind is active. You may dismiss the whirlwind at any time as a free action.
While your whirlwind is active, you gain a dodge bonus to Armor Class against attacks of opportunity equal to the number of Elemental Feats you possess.
Other creatures within the space of your whirlwind take 1d6 bludgeoning damage each round as they are battered by the winds.
If you are touching the ground, your whirlwind creates a swirling cloud of debris within its space. The debris cloud obscures all vision, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. Creatures 5 feet away have concealment, while those farther away have total concealment. Those caught in the cloud must succeed on a Concentration check (DC 15 + spell level) to cast a spell.

The Cloud Gazer feat allows you to see through a debris cloud unimpeded.
